1. Drawing Period: The "Entry Period" for the LMI Drawing (the "Drawing") runs from 12:00 AM ET, July 28, 2009 to 12:00 PM ET, October 28, 2009. LMI's computer clock governs time stamp.
2. How to Enter: (1) On-line: Access LMI's web site at FreeMeUpGiveaway.com, complete and submit the entry form. (2) By Mail: Mail a 3.5" x 5" postcard on which you have hand-printed the words "LogMeIn Drawing," and your name, age, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if you do not have an e-mail address, print "no e-mail address") to: LogMeIn Drawing, 500 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. You may submit one (1) entry per person, household or e-mail address per drawing period. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized and registered account holder of the e-mail account. LMI is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, unintelligible, postage-due, illegible, misdirected, incomplete or garbled entries, for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time or if entry information is not captured correctly, or for any technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination, network, human error, electronic malfunctions, or any other problems; and for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries are void and will not be accepted. To be eligible, entries must be received by October 28, 2009 at 11:59 AM ET. All entries become LMI property and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. Other prizes include 24 iPod™ touches, 36 iPhones, 12 HP netbooks, 36 LogMeIn hats and t-shirts, 20 LogMeIn Ignition for iPhone, 52 iTunes™ gift cards (approximate retail value of $40,000. No alternative prizes, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except as determined by LMI; LMI reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value or a cash equivalent (including a gift card) in its sole discretion. 4. Eligibility: You may enter the Drawing if you are a legal resident of the United States and Washington D.C (excluding, without limitation, the States of Florida, New York and Rhode Island; Puerto Rico and other US territories) and you have reached the age of majority in your state of residence at the time of entry. Void in the States of Florida, New York and Rhode Island; Puerto Rico and overseas U.S. territories, possessions, commonwealths and military installations, Canada, Europe and wherever prohibited by applicable law. Employees, officers, directors, resellers, agents, affiliates and representatives of LMI and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors and anyone connected with the production, hosting and distribution of this Drawing (collectively, "Drawing Entities"), their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse - including "step" as they may apply - and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and members of any of their households are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
5. Winners: Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible on-line and mailed entries received, to be conducted by LMI at its offices on each Monday to select winners for the previous week and October 28, 2009 for the grand prize winner. Winners will be notified by e-mail, or by telephone if winner does not have an e-mail address, within ten days after the Drawing date. All decisions by LMI in regard to this Drawing are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. In order to claim prizes, winners may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release which must be signed and returned so that it is received within seven (7) days of date printed on notification or alternate winner will be selected at random. If selected winner is deemed ineligible, the entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random. LMI is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. A prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the winner, and an alternative winner will be selected by random drawing Accepting and/or using prizes constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, voice, hometown and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. LMI will not replace any lost or stolen prize. The actual delivery of prizes by LMI to a winner may be delayed for reasons outside of the control of LMI (including but limited to the postal or deliver services, back ordering, cancelation and the like). LMI is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of any prize to any winner.
6. Conduct: By entering this Drawing on-line or by mail, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at FreeMeUpGiveaway.com. Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. LMI reserves the right at its discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, either on-line or by mail, or the operation of the website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, LM. 7. Taxes: All taxes are each winner's responsibility; the value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income to prize recipient for income tax purposes and an IRS Form 1099 for the relevant year will be sent to winners of prizes valued over $600. Winners acknowledge that Drawing Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize. All prizes will be awarded if properly claimed according to these rules.

9. Privacy Policy: Personal information submitted for this Drawing will be subject to the Privacy Policy posted at https://secure.logmein.com/US/policies/privacy.aspx.
10. General: Any and all decisions related to the Drawing, these official rules, Drawing administration, verification and the like will be supervised by LMI, whose decisions are absolute and final in all respects. By participating in this Drawing, you agree to be bound by these official rules and that all decisions of LMI are absolute and final in all respects. LMI assumes no liability for damage caused to entrant's or any other person's/entity's computer hardware, software or communications network, or other personal property regardless of cause. LMI reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate (and not award any prizes to any entrant)/cancel or modify the Drawing at any time and from time to time for any reason or no reason without or without notice or to disqualify any entrant at any time and from time to time for any reason or no reason with or without notice in its sole judgment, including if, in LMI's sole judgment, it determines that the integrity or fairness of the Drawing has been, or could be, compromised or that the Drawing is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention (hacking), fraud, technical failures, force majeure or any other cause. In the case of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by name on the registration form. By entering this Drawing, an entrant (on behalf of entrant and entrant's family members, heirs, administrators, affiliates and successors) explicitly releases, discharges, holds harmless and agrees to defend the Drawing Entities and their successors and assigns, one and all, from any and all losses, liability, actions, causes of action, damages, threats, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all "costs", which he/she now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation in the Drawing and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. By entering this Drawing, an entrant (on behalf of entrant and entrant's family members, heirs, administrators, affiliates and successors) also agreed to indemnify and hold the Drawing Entities harmless from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever, including all reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, incurred by the Drawing Entities as a result of actions taken in connection with my participation in the Drawing and/or and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, winner waives the right to 1) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and 2) claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto).
If any provision of this Drawing shall be deemed to violate any federal, state, provincial or municipal law, rule or regulation, it shall be amended to conform to such law, rule or regulation and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Drawing Entities shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules.
Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Drawing, each entrant hereby waives any right he/she may have to a trial by jury and agrees that any and all disputes, claims, actions and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules and other documents shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees or "costs." Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
